OPDO acquaints members with election code of conduct
State’s OPDO Chairman, Regassa Kefale, told WIC the training was given to leaders and members of the organization at all levels in the state.
He said the five-day training was mainly focused on election code of conduct and implementation guidelines as well as other election related issues.
He called upon all community members to contribute shares for the peaceful conduct of the elections.
He further urged the public to collect voters' IDs using the extended voters’ registration date.
OPDO has fielded 19 candidates in the state that contest for seats in the State Council and the Parliament.
